A surgeon has gone on trial accused of killing a woman by secretly putting cocaine underneath his foreskin before she gave him MouthAction.
Dr Andreas David Niederbichler, 42, has gone on trial in the city of Magdeburg, in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt.
He is accused of killing a 38-year-old hairdresser, named only as Yvonne M.
The victim became extremely short of breath after performing MouthAction and collapsed, Mirror UK repots .
An autopsy showed that she had died from a cocaine overdose.
According to Yvonne’s friends, she had a long-running affair with the German surgeon and trusted him blindly.
One friend said: “Yvonne wanted to leave her husband for Niederbichler. He was like Christian Grey from Fifty Shades of Grey to her.”
Niederbichler faces multiple charges including causing grievous bodily harm, leading to death.
He is also accused of putting cocaine under his foreskin before having vaginal, anal and MouthAction with several other women.
Prosecutors say that he also secretly put cocaine in glasses of champagne before giving it to his bed partners.
Chief prosecutor Eva Vogel said the surgeon wanted to make the women more compliant to his sexual requests.
She said: “He administered the cocaine to freely carry on further sex practices.”
Another of his sexual partners twice crashed her car after unknowingly taking cocaine during sex sessions, while another woman lost consciousness completely and has since suffered from nervous twitches.
Niederbichler has not yet commented on the allegations in court, while his lawyer, Olaf Schroeder, said only that the death of Yvonne M had been “unwanted”.
The surgeon was the head physician at the Ameos Clinic for Plastic, Aesthetic and Hand Surgery in the town of Halberstadt in Saxony-Anhalt.
Before that he was head physician for plastic, aesthetic and hand surgery at the Dessau Municipal Hospital.
The trial continues
