It’s quite interesting how Leicester City lost to Chelsea in an extra time goal set straight to the net by Pedro. Chelsea made it through to the semi-final as the match ended in 1-2 in their favour.
Alvaro Morata scored for the first time this year when he broke the deadlock shortly before half-time with a composed finish, only for Foxes striker Jamie Vardy to level inside the final quarter of an hour from close range after a goalmouth scramble.
But the tie was settled in extra-time when Chelsea substitute Pedro pipped Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel to N’Golo Kante’s left-wing cross.
