Domestic violence has continually been on the rise in the Nigerian society. More often than not, we hear of sexual violence, murder, etc.
It cuts across all sectors of the society, prevalent among both literates and illiterates.
I’m not okay.

Hoping to deceive my senses to believe all is well.
My husband tried to kill me on 8th of July 2019.
Locked me up for the day and seized my phones.
I am just starting to process this detail.
And I am having serious anxiety.
