Founder of Mavrodi Mundial Movement (MMM), Sergey Mavrodi, has written an open letter to the Federal Government, accusing President Muhammadu Buhari led administration of unpaid salary arrears to civil servants in the country.

The letter came following barraged of attacks on the scheme by the House of Representatives, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), warning Nigerians to desist from participating in the scheme which they described as “Ponzi”.

In the letter which was displayed on the dashboard of its participants, Mavrodi, warned that if the system collapse, over 3 million Nigerians, who depend on the scheme for financial support, would suffer, saying who will support them because MMM is the only means of livelihood for these people.

He argued that how does the Federal Government that was allegedly owing salaries intend to provide welfare for the three million persons who will be affected by its decision.

“What will you say to a mother who will have no money to buy food for her child. Will you let her child die for the sake of the higher interests of the economy?”
