Omoni Oboli Breaks Down In Tears As Court Stops Movie Premiere

Nollywood actress and producer, Omoni Oboli was thrown into devastation last night when a court injunction came in few hours to the premiere of her new movie, “Okafor’s Law“.

The court has ordered her not to show the movie as it has been reported for copyright infringment

Sometime in September 2016, she was accused of stealing the intellectual property of one Jude Idada, a Canadian-based writer for her movie, “Okafor’s Law”.

Omoni in joyous mood; before the injunction I guess

The injunction will debar the movie from showing until the case which names Omoni Oboli along with Dioni Visions and Filmone Distribution as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants respectively is settled.

Omoni broke the news to her awaiting audience amid tears stating that she actually owned the content of the movie 100%, including the story and the script.
