One frozen banana

One and a half cups of almond milk

1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt

Eight pitted dates

Two tablespoons of peanut butter

1/4 cup of chopped roasted unsalted peanuts

Two teaspoons of canna oil

Orange-Berry Protein Smoothie




One frozen banana

1 cup of blueberries

One peeled orange, with seeds removed

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1 cup of orange juice

6 ounces of Greek yogurt

30 milligrams of CBD isolate
