Teenage Girl Kidnaps Cousin For 6M Ransom

18-year- old ,Hadiza Babayo ,has been arrested by Gombe State Police Command for conspiring with one Bala Shuaibu to kidnap her five-year-old cousin for N 6 million ransom

Muhammad ,a 7-year-old who was the brother of the victim  had narrated to his father crying  that Hadiza had gone to pick him and Aishatu from school and she had told him to wait for her to get Keke Napep and had not come back since then.

Muhammad’s father who is Hadiza’s father younger brother had immediately alerted the police.

The culprits had been traced and caught as Hadiza’s interrogation had led to the arrest of Bala.

Hadiza confessed to the crime and told the police how she and Bala had kidnapped Aishatu from Gombe High School ,kept her in a hotel from where they had demanded ransom of N 6 million from the victim’s father.
